Some week's the legislature gives you so much fodder. The proposed bill would ban texting or talking on cell phones while driving, but only for those 15- or 16-year-olds and for those with provisional licenses.

I really understand where this one is coming from. As a man who commutes to work everyday on a bike, my worst nightmares involve self phones and distracted drivers.
